Donald J. Farinato

Donald is a member of the Knoxville, Tennessee, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and American Bar Associations.  Donald is the Tennessee Bar Association’s Section Chair for Estate Planning and Probate for the year 2012-13.  He previously served as its Vice Chair during the year 2011-12.  He is a member of the Work/Life Balance Committee of the Knoxville Bar Association and the Estate Planning and Probate Executive Committee of the Tennessee Bar Association.
