Steven Kuhn, Legal Administrator

Steven received his B.A. degree in Psychology from Lake Forest College, IL and his M.A. in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.  He is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and Society of Human Resource Management.  Steven has worked in both non-profit and for-profit industries ranging from 30 employees to 3000 employees.

 

Teresa Elder, Paralegal

Teresa received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.  She is the firm’s representative in Executive Women International.  Teresa has been with the firm since its formation in 1997 and currently assists Dan Holbrook and Heather Craig.

 

Lori Abel, Paralegal

Lori holds a B.S. in Administration of Justice from Pennsylvania State University and earned her paralegal certification from Robert Morris University.  She joined the firm in 2009 and currently assists Ed Smith and Andi Campbell.

 

Dana Whaley, Paralegal

Dana graduated from Kings College in Charlotte, North Carolina.  She has twenty years experience working in the legal field.  She joined the firm in 2014 and currently assists Dan Holbrook, Heather Craig, and Jan Richardson.

 

Jill Goodman, Bookkeeper

Jill has worked with Dan Holbrook in various roles since 1981.  She lives in Maryville with her husband, Buster, daughter Elizabeth, and son Matt.  She has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, along with a teaching certificate in Business Education.  She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, sewing, reading, and going on picnics in the mountains.

 

Donna Boyle, Receptionist

Donna earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.  She has been married to Cliff since 1980 and they have a son, Jacob, who is married to Jennifer.  Donna joined the firm in 2014.
