Dan Holbrook is certified as an Estate Planning Specialist by the Tennessee on Legal Education and Specialization, and he is the only attorney associated with this firm certified as a specialist in any area of practice. Certification of specialization is available to Tennessee lawyers in all areas of practice relating to or included in the areas of Civil Trial, Criminal Trial, Business Bankruptcy, Consumer Bankruptcy, Creditor's Rights, Medical Malpractice, Legal Malpractice, Accounting Malpractice, Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Family Law. Certification as a Real Estate Law Specialist or Tax Law Specialist is not currently available in Tennessee.
